Now, more than ever, we strive to support our associates through life’s unexpected challenges. The Burlington Stores Associate Assistance Fund (AAF) is a cooperative program funded by Burlington associates, for Burlington associates to offer monetary assistance in their time of greatest need.
The program provides financial grants of a minimum of $1,000 and up to $2,500 to eligible associates for a number of qualifying events, including: natural disaster such as flood, tornado, hurricane, severe storms, or other severe weather events; damage to or destruction of primary residence following an unforeseen natural disaster or qualifying event; victim of a violent crime; domestic abuse; unplanned or unforeseen military deployment; death of an associate or immediate family member; and other qualifying events.
Grants are tax free and never need to be paid back.
The most convenient way to donate is through an automatic regular payroll contribution of as little as $1 per paycheck, set up through Workday. Associates will also have the option of making donations via check, credit card, or PayPal through the AAF website. 100% of every associate donation will go to an associate in need.
